Martina's unassuming demeanor hides a wealth of accomplishments, starting with her early venture, Rentals "R" Us. Long before its widespread online popularity, Martina reached out to management companies, aiding individuals on Section 8 who struggled to secure housing and risked losing their vouchers. She also navigated the intricacies of eviction processes, unknowingly sowing the seeds for her future role in housing solutions.
In 1998, Martina expanded her entrepreneurial repertoire by establishing a private security company, where she not only provided security services but also trained individuals to become licensed security guards. Little did she know that over 25 years later, her diverse skills and experiences would converge to benefit those seeking housing solutions.
Martina's journey as a housing provider began at the young age of 19, a role she never envisioned for herself. Visiting her incarcerated brothers, she opened businesses to create employment opportunities for them and other family members with criminal backgrounds. Initiatives like a portable carwash and a process serving business were just the beginning.
Throughout her life, Martina consistently offered supportive services, empowering individuals to become self-sufficient.
